Food # 1 : lemon, your ally, beautiful skin !
The lemon is your ally # 1 because it helps to maintain the hepatic functions : consumed daily, the lemon juice helps to restore the acid-alkaline balance of the body. In addition, lemon is rich in Vitamin C, such as orange, grapefruit and citrus generally. It is therefore a food of choice to protect your cells and maintain your immune defenses.
As you may know, certain foods such as animal products, sugar or gluten containing foods are fairly aggressive acids, they can cause feelings of discomfort, or even in some cases, allergic reactions. Consume lemon juice every day will reduce the harmful effects of these foods, purifying your body.
Lemon juice – Organic preferably – can be consumed each day. The best practice is to consume fasting : dilute simply the juice of 1/2 lemon in a glass of warm water and enjoy every morning when you wake up. Chia seeds are from a plant of the mint family. They are as small seeds, similar to poppy seeds. Soaked in water, they react as Tapioca, and turn into small balls oral jelly, that you can add to many preparations, such as yogurt.
Why this craze ? The Chia seeds are very rich in magnesium and omega 3 : they therefore contribute to a better management of daily stress and a better functioning of the heart. In addition, these little wonders give a quick impression of satiety while they are very low in calories : very useful, therefore, when one wants to lose a few extra pounds.
The perfect recipe : just add a tablespoon of Chia seeds (available in-store bio) to a yoghurt from sheep. Let set for thirty minutes, add a small spoon of agave syrup and enjoy !

Food # 3 : turmeric, antioxidant
The Turmeric ! This is a spice that came from India, as we might call true magic potion ! This root has antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory recognized, which makes it a superfood, flush par excellence. Sweet – bitter, it also contributes to the proper functioning of the liver.
Not only, it helps to keep the complexion of a peach, but he will fight the development of certain cancers (lung and prostate in particular) and would limit the problems of osteoarthritis…
Attention : we are not doctors ! Far from us the idea to claim that such-and-such food can fight against diseases or serious health problems… But, if these foods can help us feel better, why not try to consume them more regularly ?
Food n°4 : the products of the hive !
It no longer has the benefits of honey… But the other products of the hive, less well known, are still more exceptional. The Royal jelly, which feed on the larvae of bees, is sovereign : it is the natural product richest in vitamin B5. It is incomparable to give a boost to the body in cases of weakness : to consume as a cure to the change of season.
The other product of the beehive : pollen, particularly recommended in the spring. First, I want to tell you that the pollen… it is good ! Difficult to make a choice, because the nature gives us many foods with anti-fatigue… I ended with Goji berries, which you have no doubt also heard of : a concentrate of energy, with no fewer than 19 amino acids and 21 minerals.
These small berries, usually presented in their dry form, have a sour taste very nice. They are super rich in antioxidants that help delay cellular aging. In addition, they possess a high content of vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immune system.
The ideal is to consume a few daily, at breakfast for example. Simply add a teaspoon of Goji berries to your muesli or granola to start the day off right !
