FOOD – on the occasion of the world day of junk food this Saturday, July 21, we set aside our bad habits, we forget fast food for a few days and copy their recipes headlights but version sound.
The burger is rich in good fat. When we think of junk food, the first word that comes to us is none other than hamburger. The famous sandwich of fast foods, consisting of several minced steak, cheddar, dripping and a ton of sauce. For a version that is more healthy we swapped the piece of meat original against a slice of turkey breast, fillet of salmon or beef 5 % fat. For the sauce, opt for guacamole made from avocado, rich in healthy fats. And, of course, we avoid the French fries and opt for a green salad.
The vegetarian pizza. Without surprise, the pizza is in the top spots on the podium of the food flagship of the junk-food. And especially when it contains twelve cheeses, bacon and bbq sauce galore. Then, to make pleasure, without guilt, we opted for a vegetarian version. It prepares her homemade tomato sauce and even the cheese for the most skillful in the kitchen. For the topping, priority is given to vegetables and without moderation, such as tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, and mushrooms.
And because a pizza is not really one without cheese, we opted for the feta, the mozzarella or the goat cheese, the less calories. To minimize calories, you can even replace the pulp classic by a thick slice of eggplant.
The kebab-mode wrap cold. Another dish filled of calories, kebab, sandwich Turkish grilled meat on the spit. For the version healthy, we keep only the vegetables that are cut in a stick, you can even add carrots, cucumbers and radishes. We prefer strips of white chicken meat, less fatty than lamb and white sauce is added persil to a yogurt sauce. The tour rolled in a wrap with whole wheat. Perfect for the summer.
The chips of vegetables. Oh chips, these cupcakes salt that we consume drink as an aperitif or at a picnic and that we are not to place with us. On the moment we tasted with pleasure, but after a few hours we wish we had not emptied the packet. And for good reason, this is one of the most food bad. For the good of our line we swapped the famous potato chips too salty, crisp vegetables, home-made of course. Easy-to-prepare, crunchy, delicious, and lights, these are the perfect alternative. Cut turnips, sweet potatoes, zucchini, parsnips and carrots, rich in vitamins and anti oxidants, it into thin strips and slide them in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, for about twenty minutes.
Ice water and fruit house. For the dessert, we forget magnum, cornetto and cappuccino, Nutella, and other ice from large surfaces and is inspired by the recipe of the top brazilian Alessandra Ambrossio : ice water and fruit.
