ANT McPartlin has moved to close down his £20 million TV business as he settles his divorce to ex wife Lisa Armstrong.
The company was due to reveal its annual earnings but instead Companies House said a move had been made to shut the firm.

It’s Ant’s TV production company which is used to pay him for his share of work with Dec Donnelly.
Last year it had retained earnings of £20 million which included £9 million in cash and £11 million in investments.
It was also reported that as part of the £31 million payment to Lisa she would keep the couple’s £5 million home in West London.

Teecourt Limited had made £3 million in the year to June 2018, which covered the first part of his time away from presenting.
But the accounts which were due to be filed today would have shown how much he had made during the bulk of his year off in rehab.
It would have covered the missed I’m a Celebrity Series in 2018, Britain’s Got Talent and Saturday Night Takeaway from last year.
Yesterday it was revealed that Dec Donnelly made £5.2 million last year, mainly through his TV production company called Deecourt Limited.
