ANTON FERDINAND has joined St Mirren on a one-year deal.
SunSport exclusively revealed on Monday that the ex-West Ham, Sunderland and QPR defender was training with the Buddies.
Ferdinand, 33, has been without a club since leaving Southend on August 31.
But new St Mirren boss Oran Kearney has swooped to make the former England youth star his first signing.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Kearney made it clear strengthening his defence was a priority.
