Ariana Grande is saying ‘goodbye and thank u, next’ to 2018.
‘Farewell 2018, you f***,’ Ariana posted on Instagram along with a snap of her that she placed on its side, possibly to indicate how mucked up her year has been.
On a lighter note, she continued: ‘i hope this new year brings you all much laughter, clarity and healing,’ the 25-year-old wrote to her 141 million followers.

It’s been a very difficult 12 months for Ariana.
She faced tragedy when her ex, rapper Mac Miller, died from a drugs overdose at his home in Studio City, Los Angeles on September 7. He was 26.
She split from the hip hop star in April after two years together, citing his substance abuse as the reason for their breakup.

Ariana was also put in the public eye when she started a relationship with SNL’s Pete Davidson, 25, in May.
In June Ariana was seen wearing the $93,000 diamond ring that Pete slipped on her finger. They broke up in October.
But it’s not all been bad. On Sunday, she showed off a new tattoo from her go-to artist Mira Mariah, amid news the superstar songstress is gearing up to put out a new perfume, possibly called Be Grande.

It came after The Blast revealed the singer is working on a new perfume line with a possible title of Be Grande.
The Dangerous Woman beauty already has two perfumes on the market called Ari and Cloud.

She is also getting ready to launch her 2019 Sweetener world tour, which kicks off March 18 at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York.
The first leg of the tour spans 42 North American cities, ending June 26 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.
The second leg kicks off August 17 at the O2 Arena in London, coming to a close October 13 at Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland.
