He went on national television to try and win the heart of Bardot singer Sophie Monk.
But after his split with the Love Island Australia host earlier this year and a short lived fling, pub heir Stu Laundy said his love life has slowed down thanks to his increased profile.
‘I am not dating anyone, I am happily single,’ the 45-year-old told The Sunday Telegraph.

‘I wasn’t for three or four years after separating from my ex-wife. I was in a rush to find someone.
‘But that show slowed me right down and now I am happily single.’
Stu separated from his estranged wife Rachel in 2013 after she initiated the split.

The couple share four children together and still co-parent but he decided to take part in the Network Ten dating show in a bid to win over Sophie Monk.
While he initially seemed to have found love on The Bachelorette, Stu and Sophie publicly split just six months after the show’s finale.
On the season’s final episode 38-year-old Sophie chose Stu over Jarrod Woodgate, who would go on to briefly date Keira Maguire on Bachelor In Paradise.
You’re the one that I don’t want! Shortly after Sophie told Stu she loved him on national television the couple’s relationship fell apart
Sophie declared that the father-of-four was ‘the one’ and apologised for misjudging him when they first met.
‘You said loving me was the best thing you’ve done in a while. I don’t think anyone’s ever said that to me,’ Sophie told Stu in Fiji, where the finale was set.
‘The first thing is I’m so sorry I misjudged you when I first met you. And the second thing is I’m in love with you.’
Not to last! Sophie professed her love for Stu in the finale of the Network Ten dating show, but the couple announced their split just six months later
After the deterioration of that relationship, Stu began dating Carys Courtney, who he was seen groping during a romantic getaway in Hawaii.
However, the short-lived fling was over before it even had a chance to heat up with Stu blaming the amount of media attention on the dalliance for scaring her off.
In July, the millionaire pub baron explained to The Daily Telegraph that he was introduced to Carys through a mutual friend in June and they developed a relationship over the phone.
At the time Carys was still married to V8 Supercar driver James Courtney as the couple had recently separated after 16 years of marriage.
