I am from Juarez and I’m a ex state tropper for the mexican police (CIPOL) and I know the situation at the moment in my hometown is bad, but I find the picture which shows a body beside a hamburger stand a little unbelievable. It is not normal to see dead bodies just lying in the streets, like no one cares. Crimes are taken very seriously, and crime scenes are secured straight away. This is giving a false sense that people in Juarez just step over dead bodies.. this is not true. RC.
