Gone are the days of opening little squares of chocolate as now you can start your day with a real treat of mini lipsticks and sparkly highlighter.

Lookfantastic are one of the first to announce their advent calendar, and have filled it everything from skincare, haircare and cosmetics to beauty tools.
Filled with incredible brands such as Emma Hardie, Elemis, Morphe and more, the luxury online beauty retailer’s Advent Calendar is sure to help you count down to Christmas season and get you ready for party season.
The calendar includes 25 products that are valued at £420, but makeup addicts will be pleased to know that the advent calendar is priced at a reasonable £79.

2. The Body Shop advent calendar
Love the Body Shop? They are offering three divine-looking calendars for beauty fanatics.
Stock up on your favourite products which this year include shower gels, mini body butters and hand creams.
They may be worth £81 but the calendar only costs £49. Pick up your one from September 9, 2019.
If you do want to splash out a bit, there is a deluxe version for £69 which includes £122-worth of products including a full-size body butter.
And their pricier £99 has products worth a whopping £249, and features their Drops of Youth collection.

3. Charlotte Tilbury advent calendar
The Charlotte Tilbury Advent Calendar has been released for 2019 and it looks amazing.
It’ll set you back £150, and is filled with twelve full size and mini award-winning beauty and skincare heroes.
With mini’s including Full Fat Lashes, Wonderglow, Rock ‘n’ Kohl, and full-size lipsticks including Matte Revolution Pillow Talk, Hollywood Lips in Screen Siren, and Eyes to Mesmerise in Jean – it’s got everything a makeup addict could want.

4. Glossybox beauty advent calendar
After its debut calendar sold out last year, beauty box subscription brand Glossybox is back with another chic offering.
Beauty lovers can look forward to unwrapping 25 products worth £370 in the lead up to Christmas.
Glossybox subscribers can get the festive offering for £70, but you can pick it up for £80 even if you aren’t a user of the service.

5. Harrods beauty advent calendar
Harrod’s sell-out beauty calendar – available from October – will be making a comeback and we’ve managed to get a first sneak peek.
The luxury products inside are worth more than £600 but you only have to pay £250 for the calendar, thanks to many goodies being 50 per cent off.
There are a host of luxury brands in its 25 drawers, including Nars, Laura Mercier, Dr Dennis Gross and Guerlain.

6. L’Occitane advent calendar

L’Occitane has announced their festive offering, and it includes an array of their best-selling items behind 24 doors.
These include Almond Milk Concentrate and intensive hand balm, with items collectively worth £79.
You can pick it up for £49 and the best part of this calendar is that it has a sustainable theme and includes advice on easy ways to be kinder to the planet.

7. Jo Malone advent calendar
The Jo Malone £320 calendar certainly isn’t cheap but is packed full of goodies[/caption]
Largely considered the holy grail of the beauty industry, Jo Malone’s advent treat sells out year upon year without fail.
The price tag may seem a bit eye-watering, but fans will get a daily treat in the form of tiny moisturiser, shower oil, candle and colognes.
If you are keen to try out the full-size products but don’t want to commit to the usual price, this could be a great way to sample out some goodies.

8. Cult Beauty advent calendar
Cult Beauty’s Advent Calendar isn’t cheap at £195, but when you consider the whole thing is worth £680 then it’s quite the saving.
Beauty fans can count down to Christmas with a fabulous beauty gift behind every door and on Christmas Day you’ll be treated to ten bestselling products and a giftcard.
The Cult Beauty Advent Calendar includes huge brands such as Huda Beauty, Laura Mercier, OUAI, Nars, Iconic and many more.

The calendar will set you back £79, and is available from bareminerals.co.uk from the 13th September – so set your alarms!

12. Birchbox advent calendar
