THE body of a missing five-year-old girl has been found on a landfill after she was stabbed to death and thrown in a dumpster, police say.
Little Nevaeh Adams is believed to have been killed along with her mum Sharee Bradley, 29, on August 5 at their home in Sumter, South Carolina, US.

Daunte Maurice Johnson, 28, who knew the family, was seen fleeing the location and later told police he had killed Ms Bradley and her daughter.
He also told police he had disposed of Nevaeh’s body in a dumpster after stabbing them both to death with a knife.
Ms Bradley was found dead in the home following the double killing.
In a desperate bid to find Nevaeh’s body over the past two months, investigators have searched landfills and tracked down garbage trucks.
Officers have now confirmed that they have found human remains at a Midlands landfill that are a DNA match for Nevaeh.
Police have already charged Johnson with both Ms Bradley’s and Nevaeh’s murders.
Even before finding the child’s body, investigators said they had evidence suggesting she was dead.
Nevaeh’s dad, Dupray Adams, broke down in tears when the news was announced at a press conference on Monday – two days after he was notified.
“That was the first time in there that I cried that hard in a couple of days,” he said.
“Even when I got the news I didn’t cry.”
“I don’t have tears because of what they found,” he added.
“She’s with the father. She’s in heaven. If that’s the case then I know she’s resting well.”
