BRAZIL’S presidential front-runner Jair Bolsonaro has been stabbed during a campaign rally just weeks before elections.

The far-right candidate was on the shoulders of his adoring supporters in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais.

A man stabbed the 63-year-old in the abdomen and footage appears to show him screaming in pain.

Local reports suggest one man has been arrested with federal police adding: “A police inquiry has been opened to ascertain the circumstances.”
