BRIAN Laundrie’s parents could go missing next, internet sleuths have claimed as Dog the Bounty Hunter continues to hunt for Gabby Petito’s fiancé.
Chris and Roberta Laundrie were criticized for their silence while Gabby is missing and for not reporting that Brian had disappeared until September 17, three days after they claim they last saw him go for a hike in Carlton Reserve.

Experts have suggested they might more about his disappearance despite them denying through their lawyer that they have information on his whereabouts.
Online critics have now suggested that they could also disappear before Brian is found as the family faces mounting scrutiny.
“I’m expecting the parents to go missing,” one user wrote on Reddit.
“Maybe they just innocently feel like taking a swamp camping trip indefinitely,” another said.
Others criticized the fact that Brian went missing two weeks ago despite FBI agents coming to his door and attempting to speak to him the same week.
“There are eyes on the parents. That means they can’t go missing right?” a user snarked.

It comes after an ex-FBI official questioned what information Brian’s parents have.
“What do Laundrie’s parents really know,” Andrew McCabe, the former FBI deputy director said during an interview on Headline News.

“When you think about essentially taking a weekend camping vacation with your son who just returned back from months on the road camping with his fiancée, and returned without his fiancée – it’s almost impossible to imagine that conversations didn’t take place between them.
He suggested they might be keen to learn some basics such as “like, oh, I don’t know ‘Where is your fiancee?” and ‘Why did you leave her in Wyoming – or wherever he claims to have parted ways?’”
This week, it emerged that Brian had twice gone camping with his parents in Fort De Soto Park some 75 miles away from their home after he arrived home with his and Gabby’s white van on September 1 but without his fiancée.
And on Friday, it was reported that Roberta canceled her camping reservations for two people just days before Brian returned home.
The mom originally made camping reservations for two people at a Florida park on August 24 and then changed the reservation for three people on September 3.
Surveillance footage from the stay has been handed over to the FBI, local authorities confirmed on Wednesday.
FORT DE SOTO SEARCH
TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter, who has mounted his own search for Brian since Saturday, claims that Brian and his parents entered Fort De Soto on September 6 but that only two people left on September 8.
He suggested Brian stayed in the park but this contradicts witness statements from neighbors that said they saw him in front of his North Port house after this date.
Dog has continued to search in the park, while the FBI look through the Carlton Reserve where Brian left the car he was last seen driving.
On Thursday, FBI agents arrived at the Laundrie home to “collect personal items for K9s to track his scent” as the search for Gabby Petito’s fiancé intensified.
He and Gabby had lived there with his parents for the past two years.
“The FBI is at the Laundrie home today to collect some personal items belonging to Brian that will assist the canines in their search for Brian. There is nothing more to this,” Laundrie family attorney Steven Bertolino said about the FBI’s visit.
BRIAN’S ‘BURNER PHONE’
The news comes as the FBI is said to be investigating reports of a burner phone bought on the day Brian went missing.
Laundrie reportedly purchased a phone at the AT&T store on September 14 with an “older woman.”
In a statement to The Sun, the store said: “We’re not confirming or denying anything, and we’re not making any statements, thank you and have a great day.”
Bertolino said: “To my knowledge, they did purchase a new phone, and it’s the same phone that Brian left home and which the FBI is in possession of.”
Authorities had already seized Brian’s cell phone, but mystery surrounds Gabby‘s mobile.
The 23-year-old has continued to evade federal authorities since he was reported missing on September 17.
His parents previously said they fear their son may hurt himself after leaving their Forth Port home without his personal belongings.
BRIAN LAUNDRIE’S SILENCE
Brian Laundrie disappeared more than two weeks.
He is only considered a “person of interest” in 22-year-old Gabby’s murder.
The couple logged two months into their planned four-month cross-country road trip touring the US’ national parks before Gabby vanished sometime around August 27.
Brian quietly returned home driving Gabby’s transit van back to Florida alone on September 1, failing to alert police or Gabby’s family that she was missing.
