BRIT Awards 2019: The raucous stars make their annual animated departures

Every year, the BRITs after-parties are some of the wildest events in the award season calendar.

And yet again, the stars were out in force as they attended all the top bashes – with Perrie Edwards leading the way with a risqué departure as she struggled to contain her assets while she was joined by Lily Allen and Louise Redknapp on Tuesday evening among the crème de la crème of the music and showbiz world.

The Little Mix songstress looked stunning in an olive green suit yet her choice to go braless meant she struggled to contain her assets while Lily slipped into lingerie for her second outfit of the night, as the stars headed out of the top three after parties – hosted by Sony, Universal and Warner.

Following her appearance with Little Mix earlier in the evening, Perrie was ready to let her hair down at the Sony Music After Party at The Shard as she was joined by her footballer beau Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The blonde beauty wowed in the olive mini dress yet as she climbed into her car after the night on the town she struggled to keep her ensemble together as she clutched her front.

Louise seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed the revelry of the night as she put on a bleary-eyed display and allowed her previously coiffed tresses to tumble loosely while her eyes seemed blurred.

Lily injected some saucy elements into the Warner Music after party at the Chiltern Firehouse as she changed not only her outfit but also her hair from her red carpet look earlier in the night.

Eek! Louise seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed the revelry of the night as she put on a bleary-eyed display and allowed her previously coiffed tresses to tumble loosely while her eyes seemed blurred

Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed: Louise was slightly dishevelled upon departure but still looked sensational

Maya Jama was beaming at passersby as she departed the bash in style. Love Island beauty Megan Barton Hanson proved she is climbing the slippy showbiz ladder as she rubbed shoulders with the stars at the glitzy bash, while sporting a smouldering leopard print slip dress.

The hottest stars in music headed to London’s 02 arena in North Greenwich on Wednesday night in celebration of the 2019 Brit Awards. The evening, hosted by Jack Whitehall for the second year in a row, saw P!nk, 39, honoured for her career with the Outstanding Contribution To Music prize.

Collecting the most awards was The 1975 with British Album of the Year for A Brief Inquiry into Online and British Group. Calvin Harris also won two awards, collecting the gong for Best Producer and British Single for One Kiss with Dua Lipa.

Oh my! Lily injected some saucy elements into the Warner Music after party at the Chiltern Firehouse as she changed not only her outfit but also her hair from her red carpet look earlier in the night

Wow! Lily left very little to the imagination as her feathered, beaded and sheer dress failed to cover her bust at the Warner Music & CIROC Vodka House Party, in association with GQ, at Chiltern Firehouse

A hairy situation: Lily went from raven haired and boho on the red carpet to blonde and lingerie clad later on

Woah Maya! Maya Jama was feeling playful as she waved at passersby after the Universal Music BRITS 2019 After Party at Soho House City Hotel

Stunning: Perrie’s bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall put on racy displays – with the former needing an aide to pull down her mini skirt to protect her modesty

Sizzling: Love Island beauty Megan Barton Hanson proved she is climbing the slippy showbiz ladder as she rubbed shoulders with the stars at the glitzy bash, while sporting a smouldering leopard print slip dress

What a difference a night makes! Jess Glynne went from elegant in silk with slicked tresses to racy and animated in a tiny black mini dress with her hair in a volumunious do

Last year she took home two prizes; British Female and British Breakthrough Artist. Little Mix, Sam Smith, George Ezra, Calvin Harris, The 1975 and Rag ‘N’ Bone Man all took to the stage on the biggest night in British music.

But the evening kicked off with a special performance from Hollywood star Hugh Jackman in celebration of The Greatest Showman.  Host Jack Whitehall joined him for the spectacular entrance before leaving viewers in stitches with his scathing one-liners throughout the show.

He said of hosting the ceremony once again: ‘What am I looking forward to most about hosting the BRITs? I know what it is now, I know the game, you need to be able to think on your feet, throw a few punches, and embrace the chaos. That’s what you need to do – embrace the chaos, not fight it.’
