Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri had NO say over Robert Green signing with coaches left baffled

CHELSEA’S coaching staff are claimed to have been left in the dark over the signing of Rob Green.

The Times report that keeper Green, 38, was not on the list of targets identified by the club’s scouting department.
