CHELSEA will send Nathan on a season-long loan to Brazilian side Atletico Mineiro, according to reports.
The 22-year-old winger has failed to force his way into the Blues’ first-team, spending the past three years at various clubs.
Should a deal be agreed to take Nathan to his homeland, it would be his fourth loan spell since joining Chelsea in 2015, in which time he has failed to make a single appearance for his parent club, as reported by UOL, via talkSPORT.
The Brazilian winger is due to travel to Belo Horizonte for personal terms and a medical, before confirming the move.
Nathan would become another Blues player sent on loan, with the Stamford Bridge outfit already having 17 youngsters at other clubs on temporary deals.
Yet, he would become the only one to feature in the Brasileirao next season.

Nathan had joined the Blues as a precocious 19-year-old winger from Atletico Paranaense in 2015.
He was immediately sent on loan to Chelsea’s feeder club Vitesse Arnhem in Holland, where he scored six times in two seasons.
But after returning, the Brazilian was subsequently sent to French outfit Amiens, before spending the second half of last season in Portugal with Belenenses.
Nathan has previously represented his nation at youth level, including featuring 14 times for the under-20s.
