Cookies Double Choc/3 nuts {Vegan}

So today’s recipe special taste

Even a new recipe of cookies

Gourmet, chocolate, indecent

Perfect for the sample of small…And large

They can also, as here, used for a year-end gift to the master who had loved my packages at christmas, we not change a team that wins)

I was inspired by several recipes found on the net (Lloyd Lang, Liv B…), that I modified to my sauce (as usual) to be able to offer you my version

Cookies Double Choc/3 noix {Vegan}

You need

170g of margarine (left a little bit to room temperature so that it works more easily

320g of sugar

95g of milk plant

370g flour

1/2 sachet of baking powder

70g unsweetened cocoa powder

1 pinch of salt

110g chocolate

60g mixed nuts (here a mixture of almond, hazelnut and cashew, roasted…but you can choose what you prefer)

We begin by putting the margarine and the sugar in a bowl

Using a wooden spatula, mix well to form a kind of cream

Then we add the plant milk and blend well

In another bowl we mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt

Then we add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture

we mix around with a spatula and if like me you to lazy, you end up with the hands until obtaining a homogeneous paste

And finally, we add the chocolate that has been cut into chunks, and walnuts that are slightly chopped

we mix to distribute evenly

We preheat the oven to 180°C

We will then form small balls (I was able to make about 35 cookies with the quantities above) that is placed on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or mat silicone

It crushes slightly

And shoves for 11/12 minutes

So, I put in boxes for the Teachers/Atsem and other facilitators in order to make them a gift

I have also done cookies, maple syrup and pecans
