BORIS Johnson will spend a second night in intensive care after his condition worsened following his contraction of coronavirus.
It comes after the nation wished the PM well this evening as he battles Covid-19 in St Thomas hospital in London.
Millions of people showed their support for the UK leader by “clapping for Boris” at 8pm.
A Downing Street spokesman said on Tuesday evening: “The Prime Minister’s condition is stable and he remains in intensive care for close monitoring. He is in good spirits.”
Meanwhile, deaths in the UK today reached 6,159 with 758 people dying in England alone – Britain’s deadliest day yet.
