DEMI Rose looked like a goddess dressed in a barely there bikini when she posed for a sexy shoot in Tunisia.

The 24-year-old model prides herself on her voluptuous curves and showed them off in the revealing number on Saturday.

The Birmingham-born beauty slipped into a nude two-piece dripping in jewels and went barefoot the photo shoot in a temple.

Gold chains rested on her hips and diamonds hung from a strap hanging from her neck, with the bikini being secured in place around her back.

Demi showed off her bottom in a skimpy, matching thong, and previously admitted her bountiful bum has grown in size.

The star’s booty appears to have increased in size over the years culminating in the eye-catching rump she has today.

The Birmingham-born beauty’s Instagram page is full of shots of her behind from the last few years, and while it’s never been lacking in size, it has clearly got bigger.

Demi, who boasts a 24 inch waist and 26 inch hips, told The Sun Online that her secret is “genes, a hell of a lot of hard work and dedication in the gym and a good well balanced nutritious diet.”

She’s trained by Dean Delandro, owner of HD Personal Development and Reset Yourself Ltd , and will be attending one of his European fitness retreats later this year.

He said: “Demi’s progress has really skyrocketed in the last two months with her new training programme. I currently train her 4-5 times per week depending on her workload and always squeeze a Saturday morning class together at Barry’s boot camp or equivalent.”

How to get a bum like Demi Rose

Demi's personal trainer Dean Delandro has given The Sun Online an insight into Demi's routine

Demi’s current programme is:
Monday – lower body
Tuesday – circuits
Wednesday – upper body and abs
Thursday – circuits
Friday – lower body
Saturday – training together in a class

Demi’s glute circuits:
A1) 15 x hip thrusts (with resistance band)
A2) 30 x side steps (with resistance band)
A3) 15 x partial squats (with band – wide stance)

Following this you should try the following 3x round:
B1) 24 x walking lunge (weighted)
B2) 24 x jumping lunges (alternating)



Breakfast:  Eggs based

Lunch: Chicken or prawn salad with a superfood

Dinner: Fish with vegetables or sushi

Snacks: Nuts


Her workouts target the three main muscles for a killer butt: Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius and Gluteus Minimus.

When the three muscles are regularly worked and a healthy diet is followed i.e. no processed carbs you’ll be on your way to building a bum like Demi

Fast forward, and Demi’s waist to bum ratio looked bigger again as she modelled a skintight grey number with a metallic pink corset drawing in her middle.

In a previous interview with The Sun, Demi gave further insight into how she makes the most of her body.

She explained: “I have a Nike trainer and I train with him in Birmingham. We do lots of glutes work and abs work, 30 mins each. It’s hard work, and I eat quite healthy too. He trains a lot of footballers and has worked with Anthony Joshua.

“If I’m in Birmingham I try to go to the gym three to four times a week. I don’t really have much carbs, basically nuts, nuts, nuts.

“For breakfast it’s usually eggs, lunch it has to be something light like a chicken or prawn salad with a superfood.

“For dinner I like protein, like fish with vegetables or sushi. Then more nuts. My guilty pleasure is chocolate nuts or salted nuts!”
