A DPD driver has been dubbed the UK’s ‘cheeriest delivery man’ after he was caught on camera singing and dancing as he dropped off a Christmas package.
Doorbell camera footage shows the DPD delivery driver Arnaud Helderal using the package as a drum as he made his way to the door in Bexleyheath, London.
He sang ‘Sunday morning, Christmas time’ to himself while dancing up the driveway to deliver the parcel.

The driver had no idea his impromptu concert, where he also sang ‘what a lovely Sunday morning’, was being recorded as he approached the house.
Before he even makes his way through the gate, the driver can be heard banging the parcel and singing his own lyrics.
After ringing the bell, the driver continues singing and dancing until someone answers the door.
Gemma McPherson was expecting a pair of trainers to be delivered when her day was brightened up by the festive courier.
She posted the clip of the driver, based at DPD’s Thames depot to a local Facebook group on December 8, and it now has 3.2K views.
She wrote: ‘Our DPD delivery driver today. So cheery and festive… will make you smile!’
Ms McPherson added that she saw him days later and ‘told him he has gone viral’.
She added: ‘I also mentioned that I called DPD and nominated him for an award and he was so overwhelmed and said that you to everybody’.
After ringing the bell he continues singing and dancing before he safely delivers the package. The Bexleyheath community are calling for him to be made ’employee of the month’
But she wasn’t the only one to notice his holiday spirit, with other locals commenting they had also heard him singing while delivering.
One said: ‘I saw him the same day. He was singing Christmas songs on my road and saying ‘Merry Christmas’ to anyone that walked past. It was so cute.’
Another added: ‘Such a happy guy, he delivered to me yesterday and was singing away bless him.’
Now the Bexleyheath community is calling for DPD to make the jolly worker ’employee of the month’.
While another added: ‘He should be Employee Of The Month. He has to be the cheeriest delivery man in all of the UK!
‘He really is looking like he enjoys his work. This is lovely. I wish there were more people like him in the world.’
