A DRUG-addled couple found passed out in a van were arrested after a naked toddler was spotted wandering alone around a car park.
The frightened young boy was wrapped in an apron after being found at 5.30am by workers outside an IHOP pancake house in Florida.

Employees were unable to wake up mum Jordyn Freeman, 24, and her fiancé Randy McMillin, 27, who were found in their van nearby, allegedly under the influence of drugs.
Cops said they could clearly see drugs inside the van, along with nine-month-old twins.
They said one of the twins was covered in blankets and pillows.
Freeman and McMillin, who are both from Ohio, have been charged with child neglect, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
