JIMMY King struggles to cope with his guilt over kissing Mandy next week in Emmerdale.
Jimmy has been pushing his wife Nicola away ever since he was charged with death by driving following Paul Ashdale’s death in the wedding barn explosion.
This week, Jimmy makes a move on Mandy during the ongoing drama of his trial as she reads the impassioned speech she plans to say in court on his behalf.
In next week’s episodes, Jimmy changes his focus and tries to make things work with Nicola again instead.
Nicola confides in Laurel that their marriage is still on the rocks.
Laurel suggests borrowing one of her dresses that should help things along.
When Jimmy arrives home, he’s shocked to see Nicola dressed to impress, but will her efforts pay off?
The following day, Nicola returns to find Jimmy dressed up and unveiling a candlelit meal.
They bond over their past memories but, as Nicola waxes lyrical about his faithfulness, Jimmy is overwhelmed by guilt.
Will he come clean about his kiss with Mandy?
Actor Nick Miles – who plays Jimmy – has spoken out about the aftermath of his and Mandy’s kiss.
“He feels completely guilty afterwards,” the actor told Digital Spy.
“He might have feelings for Mandy but I think we would have feelings at this point to an ice-cream seller who gave him extra sprinkles!

Talking about whether there’s a future for Mandy and Jimmy, he added: “Jimmy needs a woman with a lot of drive and Mandy certainly has that, so I guess it could happen.
