REALITY star Jemma Lucy has been rapped by the advertising watchdog for promoting a weight-loss “aid” while pregnant.
The former Ex On The Beach contestant, 31, shared a snap of her posing with Skinny Caffe sachets with her 640,000 Instagram followers.
There was a link to the firm plus the boasts: “Me and some of the girls have been seeing great results . . . you can lose up to 7lbs in 7 days.”
But the Advertising Standards Authority, which received 25 complaints, found the post in May breached three rules and must be taken down.
It was not clear it was an ad, it should not have promoted dieting while pregnant or made claims of weight loss linked to food, a spokesman said.
Skinny Caffe said Jemma, who gave birth at the end of May, had “not implied” she had used its products whilst pregnant.
