Just a day before going into labor, an expectant mother from Arizona was still keeping up her workouts, performing a high-intensity kickboxing routine with her enormous baby bump.
Andrea Allen, an online fitness instructor from Queen Creek, was days past her due date on October 3 when she decided to work up a sweat.
Video of the now mother-of-four has gone viral, with scores of Instagrammer commenters expressing awe at her stamina.

Patient: Andrea was still waiting to go into labor when the video was recorded
Andrea had already had three babies before, so the mom knew the drill and seemed unworried.
Still, even parents with big broods aren’t typically jumping to work out just hours before a new baby’s arrival.
But Andrea, who is a physical trainer with 179,000 Instagram followers who tune in for her workouts and exercise tips, is all about fitness.
So as she waiting impatiently to go into labor on October 3, she changed into shorts and a sports bra, put on a pair of gloves, and got to kickboxing.
Her husband Paul caught her in the act, walking into their bedroom with his camera rolling.
Andrea can be seen punching and kicking, presumably in time to music coming through her earbuds.

‘Baby fall out yet?’ her husband asks.
‘Nope,’ she replies, short of breath.
‘Bags are packed. We’re ready to roll,’ he tells her, to which she replies simply: ‘She’s not.’
They then both joked that the baby was ‘still cooking’. On Instagram, Andrea explained what got her going that morning.
‘This is the daily conversation I have with everyone right now,’ she said. ’40 weeks & 3 days. Got my membranes stripped yesterday and they said I was dilated to almost a 3. I felt like she really dropped last night after that.
‘I didn’t have any contractions but A LOT of lower pressure so I thought I would go into labor last night. NOPE. Woke up and felt a bit better today. So the waiting game continues.’
Busy: She wasn’t even done exercising that day, either, adding chest and back strength training and a short bike ride with her kids
Welcome! Two days alter, on October 5, she returned to Instagram to announce the birth of her little girl, Eastyn May, who was born on October 4
