Judges’ Categories revealed

In tonight’s episode bosses confirmed they’d scrapped Boot Camp and were moving immediately on to the Six Chair Challenge stage of the competition that starts next week.

The categories were also decided, with Robbie Williams being given the groups.

He said of his lot: “I think I might be more excited than them…

“I’m very, very happy and I’ve got quite a bit of money with Louis Tomlinson, that he thinks his acts are going to get further than my acts. That’s not going to happen. Let’s win this thing.”

Louis Tomlinson got the boys, Robbie Williams got the groups, Simon Cowell got the girls and Ayda Field was tasked with the overs

His wife Ayda was given the Overs and said: “I will never live it down with my husband if I do worse than him, I’m taking these guys to the championship.”

Simon Cowell got the girls and said he thought he had a chance of winning the competition.

He added: “This is probably the best girls category we’ve had for a long, long time. Let’s make it amazing.”

Louis Tomlinson was given the boys and admitted he was ecstatic with the singers on his team.

The former One Direction star added: “I wanted the boys, get in! The variety is important”

He let loose as Lady Freida Wylde performed on stage

The former Take That star couldn’t help but let loose when drag act, Lady Freida Wylde took to the stage.

She first came on stage as Thomas, a 20-year-old from Wales.

Although Thomas wowed with his brilliant song choice, the judges asked if he’d come back as his drag alter ego. While all the judges were up on their feet, it was Robbie’s dad dancing that made the best impression.

Viewers think a boyband was born tonight and begged for bosses to put Elliot in a group with Blaise and Jon

When Jon, Blaise and Elliot performed on stage separately, viewers became convinced they would be made into a boyband.

Ayda fell in love with 16-year-old Blaise’s cute dimples and viewers said he would make the perfect partnership with Jon and Elliot.

“You’re the person I want my daughter to be like.”

The 18-year-old did manage to get through to the next stage of the competition however

Although Robbie was reduced to tears by Chloe, X Factor boss Simon was less than impressed.

When she had finished singing, he cruelly quipped: “I was bored!”

Fans rounded on him, with one quipping: “Simon you are the meanest person in the world.”

Luckily Robbie’s tearful confession made Simon change his mind and Chloe walked away with three yeses.
