A MAN has been arrested for refusing to remove a bumper sticker on his vehicle that read ‘I eat a**’, it was reported.
Dillon Shane Webb, 23, was driving a brown Chevrolet truck in Florida at around 5.50pm on Sunday when a sheriff’s deputy noticed the sexually suggestive sticker fastened to the rear window.
The deputy told Webb that it violates a state obscenity law, according to the Lake City Reporter.
Webb responded by claiming that the content of the sticker was “just words”, according to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office report.
The deputy then asked Webb how “a parent of a small child” would explain what those words meant to which he replied it would “up to the parent.”
The deputy issued Webb a notice to appear at the Columbia County Courthouse on May 23 before taking a photograph of the sticker to place into evidence.

After issuing the notice to appear, the deputy asked Dillon to remove one of the letters from the word ‘a**’ so the statement would “no longer be derogatory.”
Webb refused, citing his First Amendment freedom of speech rights and was then put in the deputy’s patrol car.
He was taken to Columbia County Detention Facility “where he was charged with obscene writing on vehicles and resisting an officer without violence”.
