A probe was launched after April’s incident at an indoor firing range in Kabul, Afghanistan, was posted on social media.

It shows four Paras wearing their famous maroon berets, drawing pistols.

They then unload on a target in a blaze of bullets.

The camera then pans round to see a giant colour picture of Labour leader Corbyn’s face peppered with bullet holes.

The words “happy with that” had been posted across the clip.

An MOD spokesperson said: “The Army has carried out a thorough investigation into this incident and has implemented disciplinary action against the individuals found guilty of misconduct.

“This behaviour was not fitting of the high standards we expect of our personnel, and we are always prepared to take action when our procedures are not adhered to correctly.”

The Paras were deployed at the time to Afghan capital Kabul to perform “guardian angel” duties, Army insiders revealed.

Guardian Angels are armed soldiers who stand watch over comrades conducting training with Afghan soldiers.

The policy was brought in after a spate of deadly insider attacks – when Afghans turned on British mentors.
