AN advert for a tiny room has sparked fury after the landlord asked for an “extortionate” sum.
The dinghy and narrow room which is barely big enough for a single bed was advertised on Facebook for £430 per month.

But bills will cost an additional £17 and a full month’s rent is also needed for a deposit for the room in Dublin, Ireland.
The advertiser who has since deleted the post also advised potential there were 14 other people living in the cramped property according to Dublin Live.
Even more bizarre the room was available to everybody except Brazilians who are “not allowed” rent it.
One social media user said: “Jesus, you can see at the bottom its not even a real wall” to which
someone replied, “Ah god you’re right. I thought it was a cupboard, but they’ve put plasterboard dividers in to make one larger room into multiple tiny ones, looks like.

Another said: “I’d say it’s a room divided in two alright.
“Easy enough to throw up a timber stud and a few sheet of plasterboard.”
It is believed 16 people live in the house.
