GOOGLE Calendar is now working again after thousands of users were unable to access the service today – leading to widespread frustration and missed meetings.
Workers and bosses who rely on the digital calendar service said they couldn’t access it on their phones or computers.

Anyone loading the site was met with a 404 error message after problems were first reported at around 3.15pm.
An official status board for the service read: “We’re investigating reports of an issue with Google Calendar. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are unable to access Google Calendar.”
More than 4,000 people reported problems with the service to the website DownDetector.
Manchester, Dublin, London and Newcastle were among the cities worst hit in the UK.
Outside of Britain, users in Japan, Brazil and the United States also reported problems.
But by 6pm, the issue appeared to have cleared up.
A spokesperson said: “The problem with Google Calendar should be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.”
Earlier this afternoon angry users took to Twitter to vent their frustrations.
One joked: “Google calendar is down, we’re free!”
“THIS IS NOT A DRILL. Google Calendar is down. Grab your loved ones and head for cover,” said another.
