A FORMER bricklayer from London has been unveiled as ISIS’s first executioner who is still ALIVE in Syria.
Ali Almanasfi, 28, is said to have been filmed in 2014 shooting his victim in the back during the Syrian conflict.
It was the first known example of such a killing by a British citizen, according to ITV news.
The balaclava-wearing assassin had been assumed dead in 2013 but is still alive and living in Syria, according to his family.
Almanasfi – the son of a Syrian bus driver – is reported to have left west London shortly after war broke out there following a stint in prison for a violent assault.
He now lives there with his wife and children, according to his brother, after having his British citizenship revoked.
The killer is also said to have made friends with Mohammed Emwazi and Alexe Kotey, members of the ISIS execution gang known as ‘The Beatles’.
Another friend, Imran Khawaja, is said to have faked his own death to try to return to the UK but is now serving a 12-year prison sentence in London.

His brother said: “He actually texted me off his English number saying: ‘Love you, bro. Take care, see you soon’. I understood straight away that meant ‘I’m going’.
“To him, England’s history now, so the passport’s not going to make any difference to him.”
Almanasfi has not been officially identified the man in the video, although sources in Syria and the UK told ITV News they have “little doubt”.
