Vardy, who has three goals in eight games, is set to be left out of the team when Manuel Pellegrini’s Hammers head to Leicester, according to the Daily Telegraph.
On Monday night, Puel’s team was beaten 3-1 by Arsenal despite a spirited performance that saw the Foxes take the lead.
Vardy had to come off late on in the game with a stomach bug but is fully fit for Saturday’s match.
He wrote on Instagram: “Ready for the game tomorrow. Back to full strength.”
