Annamarie had deactivated her account by December 17, fans claimed.
She and John both unfollowed each other, one fan claimed to Instagram gossip account Deux Moi.
“Anna removed Mulaney from her Instagram handle and then deleted Instagram,” they wrote.
John, 38, and Annamarie married in 2014 in front of celebrity friends like Nick Kroll and Seth Meyers at the Onteora Mountain House in Boiceville.

The couple first met on a trip to Martha’s Vineyard on a group vacation and immediately hit it off.
In December, John paid tribute to his wife while sharing a red carpet photo of them.
“My stunning femme fatale wife and I walk the red carpet as the entire Sack Lunch Bunch cheers and/or heckles us from the sidelines,” he wrote.
“Anna, I don’t know how to pose in photos but I am lucky to be next to you. And you’re the only person I want to make laugh, truly.”

“John’s friends and family are happy that he’s finally getting some help and focusing on his health,” a source told Page Six.
“His fans know he’s struggled in the past with sobriety; he has talked about it openly. Unfortunately, he has struggled again during the pandemic.
“He’s on board with his recovery, he’s not fighting against rehab.”

The comedian has been open about his struggles in the past, often using humor to share details about his life.
In his 2012 comedy special New in Town, John revealed: ”I don’t drink. I used to drink, then I drank too much and I had to stop.
“That surprises a lot of audiences because I don’t look like someone who used to do anything.”
He also shared in an interview with Esquire that his drinking ended up leading to drug use and noted how he “loved” cocaine.

The tipping point for when he became sober, prior to his current stay in rehab, arrived when he was 23.
During to his Esquire cover story, he explained: “I went on a bender that weekend that was just, like, fading in and out of a movie … It was just crazy … I was like, ‘You’re f**king out of control.
“And I thought to myself, ‘I don’t like this guy anymore. I’m not rooting for him.’”
