TODAY marks Prince William and Kate Middleton’s eighth wedding anniversary.
Since walking down the aisle in 2011, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have welcomed three adorable kids and embarked on some glamorous foreign tours.
But before they became parents and full-time working royals, the couple had a very ordinary romance.
Despite meeting at university in 2001, it wasn’t until two years later that Kate, 37, and Will, 37, fell in love for the first time and began dating.
Then came the shock 2007 break-up – which, fortunately, only lasted a matter of months – and the happy engagement in 2010, followed by the fairy-tale wedding a year later.

The Duchess of Cambridge returned to work after her last maternity leave earlier than Meghan Markle’s planned 12 weeks.
