KERRY Katona has launched a daring bid to replace the Jeremy Kyle Show in the schedules – with a “sensitive talk show” fronted by her.
It came after the Atomic Kitten star branded the 53-year-old host – who she said was a good friend – an “arrogant little t**t”.
She reckons she would be a ‘refreshing change’[/caption]
The 38-year-old wrote: “Now there’s a space in the ITV schedule, may I put forward a pitch for a sensitive talk show about mental health, presented by me?”
She added: “It would certainly make a refreshing change.”
Kerry has appeared on the show herself in 2012, during a section titled “My cocaine shame” but she wasn’t afraid to speak frankly about her pal.

The star said: “I’m a good friend of Jeremy Kyle and I’ve appeared on his show before.
“He’s always been lovely to me – although he can be an arrogant little t**t.
“But I don’t think you can blame him or the programme for the tragic death of one of his guests. From what I experienced, it was a caring environment.”
The singer added that she felt it was the right time for the show to come off air.
Kerry said Jeremy’s show mocked ‘lower class people’[/caption]
She wrote: “I feel like it’s become a vehicle to mock lower class people with no teeth, whose mental health problems aren’t always taken seriously.”
Kerry put in a starling appearance on the show in 2012 when she confessed to taking drugs with her mum Sue when she was 14.
She told Jeremy it was to help them “bond”, explaining: “It was what we used to do, it was our thing.”
