A bear cub has become so friendly with the skiers and snowboarders at Northstar resort in California she faces being euthanized.
The gorgeous brown bear appears to be very friendly and has been filmed climbing onto snowboards and sniffing at ski jackets at the resort near Lake Tahoe, Nevada County.
Aaron King wrote on Facebook just two days ago: ‘I met a bear that I am teaching to snowboard.’
But although the friendliness of the cub may seem cute, wildlife experts say being comfortable around humans is so dangerous they may have to kill her.

Ann Bryant, executive director at the Bear League, told NBC: ‘This cub approached people because she didn’t know any better.’
Bryant told the broadcaster: ‘Let’s say she goes back into the wild and she grows up and adds about two to three hundred pounds on to her weight.’
Adding, ‘She’s big, she’s strong, and she still thinks she can approach people? That’s not going to be good and somebody is going to shoot her.’
The little bear has a sniff at a snowboarder – she is very friendly with humans, but this could prove fatal
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife have now removed the baby bear from the ski resort so she can be analysed.
After those tests are completed they may decide the bear must be put down.
Bryant believes the cub’s mother had probably died and that had meant she sought comfort or food from humans.
