A housekeeper who brazenly guzzled stolen liquor and ice cream before she blacked out in the kitchen of a Brooklyn apartment she was supposed to be cleaning apparently ravaged at least three other homes in the New York City area.
In March 2016, Manhattan man Nicholas Gomes hired the unnamed maid from Joanna Cleaning Service who was photographed August 27 blacked out in a Williamsburg apartment in a top that said ‘Eat, drink and be merry.’
Gomes told the New York Post this week that he returned home to find the housekeeper ‘nude waist down, lying on the couch on the verge of being asleep’ at the time.
He said that, while the housekeeper managed to clean most of his pad, the cleaning session seemingly went awry when the woman discovered his blackberry brandy.
When the resident walked in the door, he was shocked to find the cleaning lady naked from the waist down, next to two demolished MacBook computers.
When Gomes confronted her about the incident, she claimed she was assaulted by her significant other who entered the home. But the doormen disputed her claim and told Gomes no one else entered the place.
Gomes added: ‘She just stared at me confused, and I called the cops as I told her it was OK, I was getting her a friend to take her home.’
The woman accepted a plea deal for disorderly conduct. However, Gomes said she only paid him $400 of the $2,000 owed.
Another woman, from Brooklyn, only identified as Jennifer, said she hired the maid in January 2017.
‘When I came home that day, I noticed the garbage in the hallway on the floor of my building and it smelled terribly and was like, “What is that?”‘ she told the Post.
‘I went into the apartment and it looked like nothing had been cleaned and a bottle of mostly drunk wine was gone.’
An Upper West Side couple spoke about their disastrous service in December 2017.

They said they returned home to find a ‘mess’ and a glass of whiskey the woman had been drinking. The pair said she also loaded the dishwasher ‘in a bizarre and hugely messy way.’
Charges were not filed for either of the two incidents.
Geevee Snow previously shared details about her nightmare experience with two housekeepers she hired from Joanna Cleaning Service – which has an almost five-star rating on Yelp.
Snow said last Monday she welcomed two ladies from the housekeeping service in to tidy up her home on August 27, but by the time she and her roommate, Kristen Nepomuceno, returned to their Williamsburg apartment, they found the complete opposite had been done.
‘CLEANING LADIES DRANK MY LIQUOR AND TRASHED MY APARTMENT,’ Snow first wrote in the fiery Facebook post.
Snow (pictured) wrote: ‘They didn’t clean a thing, just drank all my liquor and f**ked up my home… my roommate came home to one of them blacked out face-down in our kitchen and the other long gone’

‘My spice rack was smashed, my marble coffee table upended which smashed a stone bowl, keys were gone, booze was gone and chocolate ice cream left on the sofa.’
Snow said she already paid Joanna Cleaning Service more than $400 and the owner has refused to refund her.
‘Joanna refused to pay me back and I can’t find a legitimate address for the business to take her to small claims or BBB (the address on their Facebook page is fake),’ she said further.
‘Help!!! Has anyone else used them and/or had this experience?’
The owner of the company, Joanna Oltuszewska, said in an email published to Snow’s Facebook page that the woman who passed out in her kitchen has been going through ‘family problems’ as of late.
Oltuszewska told Snow that the since-fired employee’s husband recently left her after 19 years of marriage.
The employee has since been fired, the owner of the company said in an email

Joanna Cleaning Service offered to pay for the food and alcohol the employee stole, clean the apartment once more and provide two free cleanings
Furthermore, the day of her wild escapade on the job, the housekeeper learned her teenage daughter was pregnant.
‘I am not a conflicting person, I hoped we can resolve this problem… the summer time is very slow for business, and usually we don’t refund – we fix any problems,’ the owner said.
The owner offered to pay for the food and alcohol the employees stole, clean the apartment properly and provide two free cleanings.
