MANCHESTER CITY fans have travelled down to Wembley for the FA Cup final in 26 personalised coaches paid for by the Citizens squad.
Each member of the team have paid for a coach to come to and from London as a thank you for their support this season.
Speaking of the gesture last month, skipper Vincent Kompany said: “The support from our fans throughout the season has been nothing short of incredible.
“Travelling to so many games in league and cup competitions, both home and away, is not easy to do and is something that every player in our squad values and appreciates.
“We still have so much to fight for this season, and this is our way of saying thank you to them for being with us every step of the way.”
Each of the 26 coaches was personalised with fans travelling receiving a signed photo from the player that funded the coach.
City are on course to become the first English side to win the domestic treble having already won the Premier League and Carabao Cup this season.
Should Pep Guardiola’s men win the FA Cup, the squad will share £20million in bonuses.
