A MAN has admitted having sex with his fiancee’s dog and leaving the pet with such severe injuries that it had to be put down, cops say.
Fidel Lopez, 51, from Portland, Oregon, became frustrated that his fiancée would not respond to his calls and texts while she was out.

He told police that he had sex with the dog, a Lhasa Apso mix named Estrella, in his bed “out of anger”.
Lopez said that Estrella “seemed fine at the time,” according to court documents.
But his girlfriend later brought the dog to DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital after she heard Estrella whining while hiding under the couch.
She found blood on the animal and realised she was injured, the affidavit said.
The girlfriend told staff that her fiancé “displayed some potential bestiality tendencies”.
She claimed that he showed his genitals to dogs and boasted about watching another person sexually assault a dog.
The girlfriend said Lopez had asked her if she’d consider getting a dog bigger than Estrella, the affidavit said.
TRACES OF HIS DNA FOUND IN DOG
A necropsy was performed on Estrella after she was put down.
Traces of Lopez’s DNA were found in the dog, the affidavit said.
