MEGAN Barton-Hanson appeared to make a dig at Wes Nelson as she posted about being with “honest” people during the Dancing On Ice final tonight.
Meg spent the day speaking at an anti-bullying event and shared a picture of herself alongside the other speakers.
She captioned the post: “Such an amazing afternoon with HONEST, strong people.”
Her pointed comment comes after The Sun On Sunday revealed that Wes and Vanessa enjoyed a fling in the early stages of the competition.
But Wes, 20, who came second in the final this evening, later decided they were better off as friends and their brief tryst fizzled out — causing a tension that has left their bid for skating victory close to the edge.
There has been ongoing speculation about the nature of Wes and Vanessa’s relationship.
Tongues were first set wagging in January after it emerged that Vanessa, 22, had broken up with her boyfriend of two and a half years, British cruise ship performer Louis Nathaniel, 27.
Then Megan poured fuel on the flames with an Instagram rant about Vanessa, stating: “Love that you decide to announce your break-up with your boyfriend on the night of your 1st performance with my boyfriend!
“You’ve never reached out to me once or invited me to watch you train. It pained you to introduce yourself to me last night — you didn’t even look me in the eye.”
Megan, 25, who met Wes on last year’s Love Island, went on to slam producers for pairing Wes with the “the youngest, hottest girl”.

She continued to try to support her then boyfriend by appearing in the audience. But the couple broke up in January, with both blaming her jealousy and the amount of time he was spending at rehearsals.
Wes also continued to insist he was not seeing his ice-skating partner.
He even went as far as saying that Vanessa was not his “cup of tea” in comments that stunned other contestants on the show.
Meanwhile, Megan also branded her ex a “scumbag” amid claims he’s been flirting with Amber Davies.
So it was little surprise she didn’t offer him words of support during tonight’s final.
