Meghan Markle latest news – Monaco’s Prince Albert slams ‘inappropriate’ Oprah interview as Harry begins work from home

MONACO’S Prince Albert has slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s interview wth Meghan Markle as “inappropriate”.

In an extraordinary put-down, the country’s ruler said the couple should have shared their “dissatisfaction” with royal life “within the intimate quarters of the family”.

Speaking to the BBC World News, Prince Albert said: “I think this type of public display of dissatisfaction, these type of conversations should be held within the intimate quarters of the family.

“It doesn’t really have to be laid out in the public sphere like that.

“So it did bother me a little bit, I can understand where they’re coming from in a certain way, but I think it wasn’t the appropriate forum to be able to have these kind of discussions.”

Meanwhile, Harry is set to start his new career confined to his sprawling US mansion.

The Duke of Sussex will initially work from home as “chief impact officer” at mental health firm BetterUp.

He will also be spared a daily commute for his other new role, a part-time position probing fake news.

There should be space in the 14,500 sq ft, nine-bed house in Montecito, California, he shares with Meghan and 22-month-old son Archie.
