Julia Doble, 51, was allegedly cut across the arm after Michael Marucci burst into her home with a craft knife.

Her son, Kieran, 23, said he was slashed across the throat and chest as he tried to stop Marucci attacking the family’s pet labrador, Norbert.
Marucci, 48, was said to have been enraged by a legal dispute over water running off his drive in Bournemouth.
He denies trying to kill Kieran and two wounding charges. The case continues at Winchester crown court.
Kieran said Mr Marucci screamed “I am going to f***ing kill you,” as he burst into Mr Doble’s home.
He added: “At some point, his partner came in. He continued to try and reach over his partner to try and attack us, he was trying to stab and slash with the knife, and he did cut my mum’s arm.”
The court heard Mrs Doble had been to Marucci’s house around five hours before the attack, at about 2pm, with a letter offering to buy his house from him and end their dispute.

Mrs Doble told the court “I said to him he still owed me money from the damages to my house and he told me I would only get a small percentage of what I was claiming for.
The court heard Marucci’s driveway had been relayed shortly after he moved into the detached property in 2008.
However, this work meant it was higher than his neighbours’ drive, causing water to run from his driveway onto Mrs Doble’s and along the side of her house.
