THIS Morning’s Alison Hammond has just been revealed as the new Friday host – but she’s also bagged herself another big job.
The 45-year-old is the host of a new ITV podcast called My Life In TV.

The bubbly personality will take the mic as she leads a series of interviews with the broadcaster’s favourite names as they talk about their love affair with telly.
Alison’s first guests include Emily Atack, Joel Dommett, Mo Gilligan, AJ Odudu and Olivia Attwood.
Each episode of the podcast will see them chat about their small screen inspirations, favourite TV shows and their own career highs and lows.
With a new episode dropping every Monday, guests end the interview with a round of ‘Bin It, Binge It, Bring it Back’ – with the chance to honestly admit their TV turn offs, shows they can’t get enough of and those they’d love to see revived.

On her latest new role, Alison said: “I’m thrilled ITV asked me to host the My Life In TV podcast and can’t wait to share the best behind the scenes stories from some of our favourite actors, comedians, presenters and reality stars.
“Listeners can expect a lot of laughs and telly gossip too. It’s just like me on TV, but in your ears instead!”
This additional role for Alison comes just a few days after she was announced as the new Friday host of This Morning, alongside Dermot O’Leary.
This means the pair are set to replace fan favourites Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, who were said to be “furious and upset” after being dropped from This Morning after 14 years.

The long-serving TV duo have presented Friday’s episode of the daytime show since 2006 – but they will now only be called in for the summer holidays when main hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield take their six-week break.
They will then take over presenting duties for Monday – Thursday, but Alison and Dermot will be the new weekly faces for Friday’s shows.
The pair previously impressed bosses when they hosted the show together over the summer, with producers keen to add more diversity to their line-up.
This Morning fans were thrilled as Alison kicked off the show by dancing with co-host Dermot.

Unable to hide her excitement, Alison gushed: “They’ve left the kids in charge, I love this!”
They concluded the opening segment by having a boogie together, with Alison encouraging Dermot to get up on his feet – with the new dad famed for his moves while hosting The X Factor.
Although initially reluctant, Dermot eventually joined in – and the pair were sure to maintain social distancing as they danced around the studio.
Viewers at home were delighted by the new presenting duo, flocking to social media to share their approval.
One wrote: “ALISON AND DERMOT ON #ThisMorning HAS ME ALL KINDS OF EXCITED.”
