STRICTLY Come Dancing viewers expecting to see ghosts and ghouls on the Halloween special episode were surprised and excited to see the most star studded audience of the 2018 series so far.
A host of celebrities took to Elstree Studios on Saturday night to watch the spooktacular episode filmed live.
While others were surprised and concerned to spy Keith Lemon sitting front row on the show.
It was the sight of chart topping beauty Nicole that excited most viewers – as some saw it as a sign the Pussycat Dolls had buried the hatchet over the rumoured hostilities between members.
One fan with hopes of a reunion tweeted: “Surprised to see Nicole Scherzinger in the #Strictly audience. I thought all the other Pussycat Dolls had major beef with her, so that’s nice.”
Another remarked: “Loving that @NicoleScherzy is there to cheer on her good friend and former fellow Pussy Cat Doll @ImAshleyRoberts.”
And another asked: “Is Nicole Scherzinger in the audience? I thought her and Ashley weren’t on good terms? Also, why do I care?”
“So The Pussycat Dolls are officially back together @NicoleScherzy is in the audience supporting @ImAshleyRoberts,” wrote another.
Indeed Nicole was seen cheering on Ashley hard after watching her incredible performance.
The singer also had encouraging advice for Lauren Steadman and AJ Pritchard who were dancing a pasodoble to her hit single, Poison.
“The pasodoble is usually their movements simulating bull fighting,” the American singer – who won the US version of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars, in 2010 – remarked.
“Do it with bravado, conviction and passion!” she enthused as AJ and Lauren took to the floor.
Elsewhere in the audience, some fans were surprised and concerned to see Keith Lemon sitting in the front row within reaching distance of Nicole.
“Evening @lemontwittor – have you got the best seat in the house next to @NicoleScherzy?” one viewer asked via Twitter.
While another fan suggested the BBC could have set themselves up for disaster, tweeting: “Keith Lemon on #Strictly is that wise?”
