THE mum of a missing 13-year-old girl is “distraught” after the diabetic teenager left home with limited insulin.
Morgan Glendinning was last seen at her home in Rushton, Northamptonshire, at midday on Monday.
Her mum Sharon has pleaded with the public to try and track down her daughter who has Type 1 diabetes.
She vanished from home and her mum believes she has travelled to Ealing, West London.
But her mum is worried because the youngster left with “limited insulin” and “no hypo treatment”.
She shared a local police appeal on Twitter and wrote: “This is my daughter, she is believed to have travelled to London possibly Ealing area.
“She is type 1 diabetic. With limited insulin and test strips and no hypo treatment. Please share for me we are distraught.”
Morgan is described as 5ft 5ins, of medium build and has long light brown hair and police said she was wearing a pink coat.
A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: “Police are increasingly concerned over the whereabouts of Morgan Glendinning aged 13.
