This is the terrifying moment a car was spotted travelling along the wrong side of a dual carriageway in the dark.
Shocked driver Ashley Reeves filmed the Toyota Prius on the A127 in Basildon, Essex, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Mr Reeves and his passenger can be heard exclaiming as the car drives towards oncoming traffic on the opposite side of the road to them, before narrowly avoiding a head-on collision.
Ashley says: ‘I wouldn’t want to be in that Uber, look – he’s going the wrong way. Mate, the geezer is going to f***ing kill himself.’
