A 17-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in a ‘targeted attack’ in Salford has been pictured after another teen was arrested for murder.
Josiah Norman was stabbed in the chest shortly after 8.15pm on Wednesday on Peveril Road.
He was rushed to hospital for treatment but died from his injuries.

A short time later, police were called to a second address nearby after receiving reports that another 17-year-old boy had suffered stab wounds to his arm.
However, he’d already left the scene and gone to hospital for treatment.
Officers located the teenager and he was later arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody while enquiries are ongoing.
Det Ch Insp Stuart Wilkinson, of Greater Manchester Police’s Major Incident Team, said: ‘After such a dreadful incident like this our thoughts are with the family of the young man who lost his life on our streets last night.
