Police flip burglary suspect’s face on pancake in funny Shrove Tuesday photo appeal

POLICE jokingly flipped this burglary suspect’s face on to a pancake in a Shrove Tuesday photo appeal.

They put the bizarre wanted poster online after attempts to trace Thomas Cooper, 19, fell flat.

Cooper, of Chalfont St Giles, Bucks, is 6ft 6in and also has connections to Surrey and Kent

Cops now hope to nab him in a jiffy in connection with a spate of break-ins.

Surrey Police tweeted: “We’ve asked Crepe Artiste Philippe de Pan to help us locate some of our most wanted through the medium of pancake art.

“We would like to establish if he is a crepe-tomaniac?! (badoom tisch!)”

One user quipped: “With any luck you’ll catch some unsavoury characters.”

But another asked: “Did you guys want to do real police work?”

Cooper, of Chalfont St Giles, Bucks, is 6ft 6in and also has connections to Surrey and Kent.

Cops also posted a pic of Daniel Harber, 20, from Horley, who is wanted on recall to prison
