Police have issued a dispersal order as hundreds of teenagers gathered for a ‘mini-festival’ in south east London.
The order gives Metropolitan police officers the power to ask people to leave or seize weapons from anyone gathered at Cutty Sark in Greenwich.
The ground was so heavily littered with empty bottles, glass could be heard clinking together as it was kicked along the tarmac in one short clip of the event.
