Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have promoted an Instagram page which shares positive news as they continue their tradition of highlighting an ‘inspiring’ page every month.
Alongside a collage made up of inspirational images, the royal couple went on to explain that the page ‘focuses on the acts of kindness and uplifting stories of community across the globe.’

Global Positive News Network, which has 133,000 followers and cites itself as ‘the most heartwarming page on Instagram,’ describes itself as a ‘trustworthy news resource that focuses on the positives in life rather than the negatives’.
It also promises to ‘enrich your soul’ and ‘energize and uplift people’ – and it also sells merchandise on their website, including hoodies emblazoned with ‘Focus on the positive’ for $59 (£45).
Recent stories that it covers include a four-year-old who saved her mother’s life by calling 911, a police officer who donated part of her liver to a stranger and an Irish influencer who raised thousands for a children’s hospital.
The page was founded by Kristi Carter, who is an author and an entrepreneur living in San Francisco.
