A rep for the couple, who married in 2018, confirmed the news, saying: “Daniella and Quentin Tarantino are happy to announce the birth of their first child. A baby boy born February 22, 2020.”

They have been spending time in Israel – where Daniella is from – since last year.

Daniella first met film director Quentin in 2009 while he was touring Israel for the promotion of his film, Inglourious Basterds.

They started a romance but it initially ended in 2012.

However, they got back together in 2016 and Quentin proposed in 2017.

They wed on November 28, 2018, in a star-studded ceremony in LA.

Oscar winner Quentin recently hinted he would be taking a step back from filmmaking to concentrate on his biggest role to date.

He told ABC news:  “I kind of feel this is the time for the third act (of my life) to just lean a little bit more into the literary, which would be good as a new father, as a new husband.

“I wouldn’t be grabbing my family and yanking them to Germany or Sri Lanka or wherever the next story takes place. I can be a little bit more of a homebody and become a little bit more of a man of letters.”
