The Sun told yesterday how Graham Chase Robinson claims De Niro, 76, subjected her to years of “sexually charged comments” and left her a foul voicemail.

But the Taxi Driver actor says 37-year-old Ms Robinson — who rose to become vice president at his Canal Productions firm — binge-watched shows on company time.

A £5million lawsuit launched in August states: “Over the four-day period between Tuesday, January 8 and Friday, January 11, 2019, 55 episodes of Friends were accessed.”

It also said months later she spent four days watching 20 episodes of Arrested Development and ten of comedy Schitt’s Creek.

De Niro’s firm went on to claim she racked up large unauthorised bills on the company credit card for posh meals and taxis.

In response, Ms Robinson said the suit was brought only after she threatened to sue.
