TWO women have been charged with child abuse after video shows three children being forced to smoke a cannabis joint.
Michaela Pearson, 21, and Candice Little, 18, were arrested yesterday in Winston-Salem, North Carolina after the Snapchat video emerged.
In the footage, one of the women, who appears to be Pearson, hands a boy the joint and she encourages him takes a puff on it with words “come on hit this, hit it again”.
She then hands it to a girl and says “come on lil’ baby” as she points her phone at the toddler.
Two women then shriek “ooooohhh” and laugh as smoke billows out of the girl’s nostrils.
The joint is then passed on to a third child who is also encouraged to puff on the joint.
After inhaling, the girl turns away and coughs as one of the women says “ooooh yeah” before it is passed to the first child.
The heavily tattooed Pearson can then be seen taking a drag and she then hands back to the first boy, who takes two puffs.
Pearson then says to him “pass it to your sister, stop teething it, give it to your sister, don’t burn yourself” adding “you got it the wrong way, give it to her the right way”.

The girl, however, appears to be reluctant to take it and rubs her eyes prompting Pearson to say “get it girl”.
Police said the children were 18 months old, two-years old, and years old and the joint contained an illegal substance though they didn’t elaborate.
A search turned up several items of drug paraphernalia, police said.
